Return Policy

At Milo The Dashie, every product is custom-made just for you once your order is placed. Because each item is produced on demand, our return process works a bit differently from traditional retail stores. We want you to love your purchase and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.

1. Change of Mind or Incorrect Details

Each product is made to order, so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or color chosen
  • Incorrect shipping details entered at checkout

Please double-check your order and refer to the sizing chart before completing your purchase. If you’re unsure about a product, reach out to us — we’ll gladly assist before you order.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Printing Errors

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or with a production issue, we’ll make it right quickly and at no cost to you.

To help us assist you:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue

Once confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.
You won’t need to return the damaged item.

Please note: small print placement variations (up to approximately 0.5 inch) are part of normal production and not considered defects.

3. Shipping Issues

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout:

  • We can reship it once the correct address and new shipping payment are provided, or
  • Issue a partial refund, excluding the shipping cost

Unfortunately, we can’t be held responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier.

4. Local Consumer Protection Rights

We always follow the consumer protection laws in your region.

United States: Retailers aren’t obligated to accept change-of-mind returns unless the item is defective. Our full policy above applies.

Australia: Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you’re entitled to a replacement or refund if an item is faulty, significantly different from the description, or unfit for purpose.
Change-of-mind returns aren’t required under the ACL for made-to-order items.

United Kingdom & European Union: “Cooling-off” rights don’t apply to personalised or made-to-order items.
If your product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as per local law.

Nothing in our policy affects your statutory rights.

5. Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refund times vary by payment provider
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order was defective or incorrectly fulfilled
